The HOA’s current vendor which does the pruning for the Community has recognized that pruning may be individual to a homeowner’s taste. Consequently, the HOA through its designated committee(s), and with the current vendor’s consent, has made a limited exception to allow homeowners to opt-out of the HOA’s vendor performing pruning services on the homeowner’s property, provided the homeowner continues to maintain their trees and shrubs appropriately on their own.
